After Snake River Sporting Club’s nearly $35 million in sales in 2017, the development is experiencing another banner year, with $31 million in sales and under contract in 2018 to date. With tremendous success in the first two phases of The Lodges, Snake River Sporting Club (SRSC) is now unveiling Phase III which will include a combination of free standing homes and lodge condominiums. Since The Lodges launched in June 2017, 10 of 19 four-bedroom, Fairway Lodges are sold or under contract and 5 of the first 6 Caddis Court Lodges are sold or under contract. There are currently 25 homes under construction in The Lodges with first delivery expected in the next 4-6 weeks.

Phase III will complete the buildout of The Lodges which carry unique resort-zoning allowing for overnight rental and income generation for owners. Up to 18 free standing lodge cabins will be a “Mountain Modern” design starting with a 2,300 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath floor plan. Up to 6 of the 18 homes will have a lower level with an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

There will be up to 14 Lodge Condominiums with a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom floor plan in a multi-use, “clubhouse” style building that will include a small restaurant and meeting facilities. Phase III has been carefully laid out to maximize view corridors and open space. As with all residences within the Lodges, the location is in the center of the SRSC development with easy access to all club amenities in summer and winter.

At this time, we have started “priority lists” for Phase III homes and lodge condominiums with non-binding reservation agreements and refundable deposits. Once pricing is finalized and we are ready to go to contract documents, those on the priority list will be able to make their selections on a “first in, first select” basis, based on reservation and deposit date and time. There will be one list for the free-standing homes and another list for the Lodge Condominiums.
