Congratulations to Patty Speakman, associate broker with Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates, who was named Teton Board of Realtors’ “Realtor of the Year” for 2019. The award recognizes outstanding business achievement, civic involvement and contributions to the area’s realty community.
“Patty was an easy choice,” says Carma Miller, executive officer of the Teton Board of Realtors. “Her record of success speaks for itself. She is active in her community, and she upholds the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all she does. This award is much deserved.”
Patty served as a board member of the Teton Board of Realtors from 2016 to 2018, and she has been a member of the organization’s Scholarship Committee, which awards academic scholarships to local students, since its inception.
In 2018, Speakman represented a remarkable 97 transactions—an achievement that she and her team believe they are on track to meet or exceed this year. At Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates’ Year-End Awards, Speakman was recognized for the most sales company-wide and the highest sales volume in Star Valley, a title she has held each year since 2012.
“To me, real estate is about unity,” Speakman said upon accepting the award. “That’s what I love about this career—the care that we give clients and one another. There is not an agent that I haven’t learned from.”
“There is no sweeter, kinder or more compassionate agent out there,” said Christina Feuz of Wyoming Title and Escrow, who presented the award. “The community around Patty trusts and respects her.”
Speakman launched her career in real estate in 2005, which evolved out of her passion for homes and properties. “I’ve always had a passion for real estate,” she says. “I love going into houses, love working with contractors, so it was a natural fit.”
At Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates, we are honored to have Patty on our team of dedicated professionals. Her tireless commitment to her clients and her community reflect the ideals we continually strive to embody as a company. Our deepest congratulations to her on this much-deserved honor.
